Pick the source
Choose ClickUp or a spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX, or XLS).
Connect or upload
ClickUp uses a personal token that is never stored. Spreadsheets are parsed
in your browser.
Set defaults
Choose the brand and the per-post defaults (post type, category, platform).
Map your columns
Match each source column to a Raddivus field: caption, hashtags, scheduled
date, slide 1 to N, and more. Common column names are auto-detected, so you
usually only fix mismatches.
Review and import
Check the preview and import up to 500 posts at once.
What happens to imported posts
Imported posts land in your calendar as completed posts, ready to edit, schedule, or publish exactly like AI-generated ones.
Importing is a fast way to migrate an existing calendar without re-typing it,
and it costs nothing.
