Credits are the currency for AI generation in Raddivus. You receive a monthly allowance based on your plan, and you can buy more at any time.

Rollover and expiration
- Unused monthly credits roll over with no cap. Credits from previous months stay in your balance indefinitely.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- When credits run out, generation is blocked until you buy more or your next cycle adds new credits.
- If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
Deduction order
Monthly credits are used first. Purchased credits are used only after your monthly credits are exhausted.
Top-up packs
One-time purchases. Credits from packs never expire and are added to your balance immediately.

Billing rules
- Upgrade mid-cycle: you receive the difference in credits immediately. Upgrading from Access to Growth adds 225 credits right away.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.
- Cancellation: access continues until the period ends. Purchased credits remain usable. Monthly grants stop.
- Payment failure: a grace period of about 7 days allows retries. If all retries fail, the account is canceled and unused monthly credits are frozen until reactivated.
