What needs approval
Approval is required for: pausing or resuming campaigns and ads, changing budgets, generating images, creating variations, and uploading creatives to Meta.What runs automatically
Reading campaign data, viewing stats, browsing generated ads, and listing folders all run automatically without approval.When you upload a generated ad to Meta, it is always created in paused
status. It will not spend any budget until you activate it yourself in Meta
Ads Manager. This prevents accidental spend from any upload.
