The agent keeps notes on what it learns about you as you talk to it. Tell it once that you run an agency with eight client accounts or that you want short replies with no preamble, and you won’t have to say it again in the next chat.
The three sets of notes
There are exactly three sets of notes, and they differ in who they belong to.
Memory about you. Yours alone. No one else on your team can read it, and it goes with you if you leave. This holds things that are true of you, not the business: how you like to work, what you want more or less of, what you’ve corrected before.
Memory about your business. Your account’s own notes about what your business does, who it serves, and how it works. Shared with everyone on your team. Everyone’s conversations add to it, so what one person tells the agent, the whole team’s agent knows next time.
Memory about each client. One set per brand, and it stays with that brand. Also shared with your team, so a client’s history belongs to the account working on them, not to whoever happened to be in the chat window.
The agent writes all of them
The agent decides what is worth keeping, not you. You never save anything to memory by hand. You talk, and after the reply the agent decides whether anything in that exchange is worth writing down. The agent writes all three sets equally for everyone on the account, including team members writing to the shared ones.
Reading and editing
Open Settings → Personalization and pick the Memory tab:
- Read all three sets of notes in plain language. Your own notes are addressed to you (“You want short answers with no preamble”). The business and client notes are written about the business and the client. Anything shared with your team says so.
- Edit the text directly in a text box. Remove a sentence and it’s gone.
- See what changed. Every rewrite is saved in full. If the agent dropped something you wanted, restore an earlier version in one click. You can see the last 20 versions of each set and 90 days of history.
- Clear one set of notes or delete all memory at once.
- Turn it off at three levels: everything, just “Memory about you”, or the business and each client one at a time.
Turning memory off does not delete anything. The agent simply stops adding to your notes and stops using them. Turn it back on and it picks up where it left off.
Team roles and permissions
On a team, the notes about your business and your clients can be edited or deleted by hand only by the account owner or an admin. Members can read them, and their conversations keep adding to them exactly as an owner’s do. This way a member’s work still teaches the account about its clients, without one person being able to rewrite what the agency knows. On a solo account you are your own admin and nothing changes.
Credits and plans
Memory costs 0 credits. Writing it, reading it, editing it, and deleting it are all free. It’s part of the AI Agent, so it needs the Professional or VIP plan to keep writing new notes. If you move down to Starter, your existing notes stay readable and you can still edit, restore, and delete them.
Import from another AI
If you’ve been using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, you’ve already taught one of them who you are. You don’t have to do it again.
Open Settings → Personalization → Import from another AI. It gives you a prompt to copy. Send that prompt to the other AI, then paste its answer back in. Raddivus reads it once and turns it into a draft: your nickname, your occupation, the “more about you” text, your custom instructions, and your agent notes.
It’s a draft, and nothing is saved until you accept it. You see every field before it’s written, you can edit any of them, and you can drop the ones you don’t want.
Raddivus does not keep what you paste. The text is read once to build the draft and is never stored. What gets saved is only what you approve.
Import is free and available on every plan, including the trial. It’s limited to 5 imports per day, which is a limit on repetition rather than a charge. The paste itself is capped at 12,000 characters. Last modified on September 12, 2026
