Connecting a Meta Ads account lets Raddivus read your campaign data and power the AI Agent and Ad Analytics. Your access token is encrypted and used only to talk to Meta on your behalf.

Before you start

  • You need a Meta Business account with at least one ad account (a personal Facebook account is not enough).
  • You need the right role in Meta Business Manager. If you do not have permission for an ad account, Meta will block the connection.

Connect your account

1

Open Connections

Go to Settings → Connections and find the Meta card.
2

Start the connection

Click Connect Meta Ads. A popup opens for Meta’s secure login. If the popup is blocked, Raddivus falls back to a full-page redirect.
3

Sign in and grant access

Sign in to Meta and choose which business and ad accounts to share. Approve the requested permissions (reading ads, pages, and insights).
4

Link to a brand

Back in Raddivus, each connected ad account can be linked to one brand. Connected accounts appear in a list with Reconnect and Unlink options.

Where it’s used

  • AI Agent reads and analyzes the connected account and can propose changes for your approval.
  • Ad Analytics shows a live gallery of every ad with its metrics.

Safety

When you upload a generated ad to Meta through the agent, it is always created in paused status, so it never spends budget until you activate it yourself in Meta Ads Manager.

Troubleshooting

Your Meta token may have expired or been revoked. Go to Settings → Connections and click Reconnect on the account.
Ad account access is controlled by Meta Business Manager. Confirm you have the right role on the ad account, then try again.
Allow popups for Raddivus, or let the full-page redirect complete and sign in there.
