Connecting ClickUp lets you send finished Instagram posts straight to your boards as tasks. It is available on all plans and costs no credits.

Connect your account

Open Connections

Go to Settings → Connections and find the ClickUp card. Click Connect ClickUp.

Authorize

You are taken to ClickUp’s login. Sign in if needed and approve the integration. This grants Raddivus access to your workspaces.

Choose your brands

You come back to the ClickUp screen in Settings. Under Brands using this connection, tick each brand that works in ClickUp. Nothing is ticked for you.

ClickUp and Notion are linked per brand

ClickUp shows as Connected in the sidebar’s integrations menu, on the Integrations tiles and on a brand’s page only for the brands you ticked. A brand you did not tick shows Connect, even while you are signed in to ClickUp. Notion works the same way, from Settings → Integrations → Notion.
  • The ticks are shared with your team. Everyone sees which brands are linked, and who linked them, and anyone can untick a brand.
  • Ticking a brand needs your own ClickUp (or Notion) login. A teammate who has not connected sees the list but cannot tick.
  • Disconnecting ClickUp or Notion unlinks every brand you linked with it.
  • If your login stops working, the brands it is linked to show Reconnect.
ClickUp tokens do not expire, so this is a one-time setup.

Sending content to ClickUp

Once a post is finished, open its edit modal and click Send to ClickUp. The first time you send to a given list, a one-time field mapper appears so you can choose which Raddivus field lands in which ClickUp field. For the full flow, see Send a post to ClickUp.

Troubleshooting

ClickUp must be connected first, and the post must be finished (text and visual done). Connect ClickUp under Settings → Connections and try again from a completed post.
ClickUp is linked per brand. Open Settings → Connections → ClickUp and tick the brand under Brands using this connection.
The task still succeeds even if an attachment fails. Re-send the post to update the same task, or check that the image finished composing.
