Roles

Invite team members

1

Open the Team settings

Go to Settings → Team.
2

Send an invite

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose their role. Sending an invitation does not spend credits.
3

Track delivery and status

Raddivus emails the invitation and notifies existing Raddivus users in the app. The invitation tracker shows delivery details and whether each invite is pending, accepted, expired, declined, or revoked.
4

Manage the invitation

While an invitation is pending, you can copy its link, resend the email, or revoke it. For a closed invitation, send a fresh invitation instead of reusing the old link.
Invite links expire after 7 days. An outstanding invitation reserves a seat, so you can send invitations only while the workspace has room within its 3-seat limit.

Accept an invitation

Open the invitation from your email or Raddivus notification. If you need to sign in, create an account, or use Google sign-in, Raddivus keeps the invitation attached to that flow and returns you to it afterward. If your profile is incomplete, add a display name and an available username. You can also add an avatar, bio, location, website, business name, and industry. After you accept, you join the workspace immediately and skip the standard new- account onboarding questions.
Sign in with the email address that received the invitation. For privacy, Raddivus shows only a masked address when the signed-in email does not match.

What’s shared

All team members can view workspace brand profiles and credential-free summaries of connected ad and social accounts. Owners and admins can create, edit, and delete workspace brands; members have read-only access. Leaving a team or being removed ends that workspace access immediately.
Provider credentials and access tokens remain private to the person who connected the account. AI Agent conversations are also private; team members cannot see each other’s chats.
