Set up the strategy
Open Content Studio → Content strategy. The strategy has four parts:- Voice: what the brand sounds like and what it must never sound like, how many posts and stories a week, and the languages it publishes in.
- Content pillars: the post types the brand repeats, each optionally pinned to a weekday, with its own list of topic ideas.
- Hard rules: the phrases, characters and AI tells the brand never publishes, plus caption, hashtag, slide and story limits. Every brand starts with sensible defaults for AI-writing tells, and you can clear any of them.
- What’s happening now: the searches and trusted sources checked before writing, so posts can hang on something current.
Draft with AI
Draft with AI (5 credits) reads your brand profile and knowledge base and fills the whole form: the voice, pillars with starter topics, the phrases specific to your brand, and sources worth watching. It shows what it is reading as it works. Nothing is saved until you save each section, and it tells you what it could not work out from your material.Fix a field in your own words
Press the AI button on any field, or Redo this section, and say what is wrong. It rewrites only that part, and nothing is saved until you press Save.- 10 free AI edits per brand per month. After that, a field edit costs 1 credit and a section redo costs 2.
- The popover tells you how many free edits you have left before you use one.
- An edit that fails costs nothing: the free edit comes back, and so do any credits.
Run a batch

Start a batch
Choose how many posts and stories you want (up to 60 in one batch). You
can choose to review the research angles before the plan is made, and
switch Fact check the posts on or off.

Approve the plan
Research and the plan are free. Change anything in the plan, then approve
or reject it. Rejecting costs nothing. The price is on the Approve button.

Posts are written and checked
Approving the plan writes the batch: 4 credits per post and 2 per
story. You pay for what is in the plan you approve, so a plan with fewer
items than you asked for costs less. Every post is checked against your
rules: small slips are fixed automatically, and a banned phrase gets a
suggested rewrite.

Approve the posts
Approve, edit or reject each post, then approve the batch. Approving and
editing are free.

Send to ClickUp
Pick the ClickUp list on the send step. The list is remembered per brand
for your whole team. Sending is free. Connect ClickUp first in
Settings → Connections.
When research finds nothing to use
Many trades have little news from week to week. When research cannot use anything it found, the plan screen says why in one line, for example that the stories had no publish date, were too old, or came from sites not on your trusted sources, and that the posts will be general advice. When good stories were turned down only because their site is not on your trusted sources, the plan screen lists those sites (up to five) with a Trust site button. One click adds the site to your trusted sources as established press (you can change that in the strategy). Future batches can then use its stories; the plan already on screen does not change. Off by default. Switch it on from the Start a batch screen; the setting is remembered per brand for your whole team, and automatic batches use it too. It adds 2 credits per post and 1 per story.- It checks facts about the outside world: news, laws and rules, statistics, named products and companies, and educational facts.
- It does not check what a post says about your own business (years in business, jobs done, your services and offers), because no web source can confirm it.
- General trade advice is shown as not checked against a source and never holds a post back.
- A hard fact with no source blocks that post, and the claim is named.
Automatic batches (VIP)
In Content Studio → Content strategy, under Automatic batches, choose every week, every two weeks or every month, a day and time, and how many posts and stories each run makes. A batch then starts itself on schedule. You still approve the plan and the posts.Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a batch at any time. The credits come back if nothing has been written yet; once posts exist they stay spent, the same as rejecting a finished batch. A batch that stalls partway through is stopped and refunded automatically.Limits
- Up to 60 posts and stories in one batch.
- Up to 3 batches per account can wait on research or plan approval at once.
- A batch created but never started is cancelled after 15 minutes, free, so it stops counting toward that limit.
Shared with your team
A brand’s strategy and its batches belong to the account, so everyone on your team works on the same ones.FAQ

against a source. The post names the claim. Change or remove that line
and press Check again.
