Connections

Your token likely expired or was revoked. Go to Settings → Connections and click Reconnect.
Open Settings → Connections and click Reconnect Instagram. Facebook-login accounts need this more often than Instagram-login accounts.
Allow popups for Raddivus, or let the full-page redirect complete and sign in there.

Generation

Larger requests take longer, and video takes 2 to 5 minutes. Generation runs in the background, so you can leave the page. Results stream in and you are notified when they finish.
Refresh the page to resume live updates. If it is still stuck after a few minutes, generate again. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Logos must be 2 MB or less, and source or reference images 10 MB or less each.
Add documents to the brand’s knowledge base. The more source material, the more on-voice the result.

Credits and billing

You are out of credits. Buy a top-up pack in Settings → Credits, or wait for your next billing cycle.
A video costs 15 credits. Check your balance before generating and top up if needed.

Publishing

Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account under Settings → Connections. Publishing requires the Growth or VIP plan.
Connect ClickUp under Settings → Connections, and make sure the post is finished (text and visual done).
