Generate a video

Pick your brand and basics

Select your brand, confirm the business name and industry (required), and add a location if relevant.

Write the script

Describe what the video should show. Be specific about scenes, actions, and any dialogue.

Choose the format

Pick a duration (12, 16, or 20 seconds) and an aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, or 4:5).

Set the style and subject

Choose a video style (UGC, cinematic, product demo, testimonial, or before & after) and subject details. Optionally upload a reference image to guide the look.

Generate

Click Generate video. A placeholder card appears while it renders.

What happens after you click Generate

Video generation takes about 2 to 5 minutes and runs in the background. You do not need to wait on the page. When the video is ready, the card updates and you are notified. You can then preview it inline and download the MP4.
A video costs 15 credits, much more than an image ad (1 credit). Check your balance before you start, since you need at least 15 credits to generate.

Troubleshooting

Video takes longer than images, typically 2 to 5 minutes. Leave the page if you like, the status is saved and you will be notified when it finishes.
Unlike images, video has no variations option. Each request produces one video.
