Can the agent accidentally break my campaigns?

No. Every modification (pausing, resuming, changing budgets, uploading ads) requires you to click Approve in the chat before anything changes. The agent proposes, and you decide. If you click Reject, nothing happens.

Does it work with Google Ads?

Not currently. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) are supported; Google Ads is on the roadmap.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Generation is blocked until you buy more credits or your next billing cycle adds new ones. In the agent, it notifies you and the conversation pauses.

Do unused credits expire?

Monthly credits roll over indefinitely with no cap on your balance. Purchased credits from top-up packs never expire.

What does 1 credit per variation mean?

Each unique ad image that gets generated costs 1 credit. Four variations in the Ad Copier costs 4 credits, regardless of how many ad types or psychology angles you select.

What's the difference between the Ad Copier and the Ad Generator?

The Copier takes an existing ad image (yours or a competitor’s) and makes branded variations of it, keeping the style. The Generator creates ads from scratch based on your offer, brand, and creative choices, with no source image.

What's the difference between Raddivus and Raddivus Pro?

Same intelligence and tools. Pro can think through problems visibly, create step-by-step plans with live status, and delegate research to a faster parallel assistant. The Raddivus tier gives the same quality faster and at a lower cost per message, without the planning and thinking features.

Can I switch model tiers mid-conversation?

Yes. The tier selector is in the chat header and can be changed at any time. Start with Lite for a quick lookup, then switch to Pro for a deeper analysis in the same session.

Can I upload generated ads directly to Meta?

Yes. From the agent chat, ask it to upload a generated ad to a specific ad set. You approve an approval card, and the ad is created in your Meta account in paused status. You activate it from Meta Ads Manager when you are ready.

What happens if an AI generation fails?

Credits are refunded automatically. You can try again without losing credits.

Can team members see each other's chats?

No. Agent conversations are private to the user who created them. Teams share brands, saved ads, and folders, but not conversation history.

What ad output formats are supported?
