Every brand has its own knowledge base, a place to keep the source material the AI uses to write on-voice content. It is free on all plans.

Open the knowledge base

Click any brand card to open it, then switch to the Knowledge Base tab.

What you can store

  • Editable documents in a Notion-style editor. Write FAQs, your brand story, positioning, service descriptions, tone guides, and offer details. Use headings, lists, code blocks, dividers, links, and quotes.
  • File uploads. Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt), and Word (.docx) files are converted to editable documents automatically. Images and PDFs are stored as assets.

Limits

These are the same on every plan:
  • Up to 20 items per brand
  • Up to 25 MB per file

Add a document

1

New document

On the Knowledge Base tab, click New document and give it a title.
2

Write

Use the editor to add your content. It auto-saves as you type, and a “Saved” indicator confirms when it is stored.
3

Navigate

Click any heading in the side rail to jump to that section.

Upload a file

Click Upload file or drag files in. Markdown, text, and Word files become editable documents. Images and PDFs are kept as assets. Hover any item to rename or delete it.
The richer your knowledge base, the more your generated content sounds like you. A brand with no documents still works, but adding a few pages noticeably improves relevance.
